Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (for example, an email sent to contactodzoevariedades@gmail.com) before the 14-day period expires. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact us at contactodzoevariedades@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contactodzoevariedades@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
